Hello prospective client! I am eager to get you started on your therapy journey. I got into the mental health field to help destigmatize society's perspective on mental health and counseling. I believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, body image issues, marital and relational issues, childhood trauma, and family dynamics. As your therapist, I will provide a nontraditional vibe by connecting and relating to you while focusing on how you can create change within.
